🏳️The White Flag practice is a transformative experience of the mind, body and spirit. Using basic and repetitive patterns of movement both high and low impact, we dislodge what we are holding on to and clear the body so that we can enter a more expansive and peaceful state of being.

About the Event
The White Flag "SHIFT" practice is a combination of Trauma informed Yoga, Somatic Experiencing, Pilates, and Freestyle movement. We want to move from the head into the heart. We build heat by using simple repetitive movements that will engage the cardiovascular and Reporatory Systems. All of this to balance the dysregulated Nervous systems. Using the model of the Koshas, we have to go through the layers of the body, Physical, Energetic, Mental and Emotional to then be able to practice discernment and quiet....to come hOMe, to that which was NEVER not there.
